What You Know is Worth More Than You Know!

Traci Davis, Author of “The Momma Guide” gives tips to make life easier for Moms!I am a mom and darned proud of it! My family keeps me going and supports me in anything I do.
I grew up in the farming and ranching family… riding horses almost every day, with friends or family, making up games as we went along. Rarely did I tell my parents that I was bored, knowing if I had, I would have been put to work. LOL!
We had no video games or cell phones, but we did have walkie-talkies and did try to talk to the truckers on them.
This being said, I believe that having all been kids and do remember what it is like. I have been through my share of good times and bad. (That is for another book!).
I was raised in a small town and love the country. I am a mom, first! I feel blessed to have two beautiful daughters…Laurel is thirteen and Taylor is six. They are completely different kids, and I am very thankful for that. I enjoy taking pictures of them in all the activities and horseback riding that they do!
I am a business owner, as well. I have run several successful businesses and love working.
My family and I attend the local cowboy church and love the atmosphere. It feels so at home.
Tom and I, together with our children, live in Texas, where we take pleasure in our horses and other animals. Tom and I enjoy the farming and ranching life!
Special Awards –

I am also a certified first responder and licensed Equine Massage Therapist.
As far as my businesses go, I owned and ran TLC Cleaning for over 10 years and was very successful. However, due to life changes, I now run Tan Yer Hide and Tone it too! www.TanYerHide.com I am also a member of the Mills County Chamber of Commerce.
I give thanks to our Lord for him allowing us to write this book and share it with others!
Kim Gonzalez, Stay at Home Mom & Entrepreneur helps moms live Healthy!Hi everyone, I’m Kim Gonzalez – a happily single, Mother of 3. Being there for my children full-time for the last 14+ years has been my main priority. I was born and raised just north of the Chicago area. But honestly I can say my heart is tied to the island of Puerto Rico, where I spent a great deal of time with relatives over the years. The years of living a life of what I call “the program.” Yes, the program that was fed to me and the majority–go to college, get a job with a good corporation, get married and have kids, make sure the job has good benefits, and look forward to working there for 30 years.
My entrepreneurial journey began after the birth of my second child and second marriage when I left the pharmaceutical corporate life to become a stay at home mom. During this time I developed a burning desire to find a way to make my own money that I could bring to the family table. I ran an in-home daycare, traded stocks, and saved us money on home improvements, by learning and doing these things myself. All the while, my other main focus was to keep my family healthy. This is where my nursing background comes in handy, as well as my passion for helping others. My passion for helping others is a Kim thing, as well as environmental. You see, my closest family died way too young and spent many years with financial disease as well. Years later my knowledge led me to realize that people do not have to live in these circumstances. Therefore, the prevention of these poisons became my passion.
As my kids got older, I experimented with working outside of the home with jobs that could still allow me to be there for them. To say the least, none of those fit in with the “true essence of Kim.” I wanted true independence, meaning “be my own boss,” period. This tied with doing something I have a passion for, is a win, win situation!
I am currently enjoying my adventure with a home-based business in the Health and Wellness Industry, where I help others optimize the two key areas of their life, health and wealth.
